This is the official website of digital journalist, Solmaz Sharif.

A Digital Journalist can take/edit pictures and videos, upload/manage articles to a website in addition to writing and editing.

Solmaz studied digital journalism in 2009 at the New York Film Academy School associated with NBC Universal. Currently, Solmaz is studying Digital Journalism and Broadcasting for International Students at CUNY Baccalaureate for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies.

She built and designed this website single-handedly and the word cloud on both sides of the page represents Solmaz’s skills as a digital and multilingual journalist.

The header shows her (second from right) in the press area in Iran’s parliament during the resignation of parliament members in 2004.
